1. Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across India. Shipping availability for specific PIN codes is determined by our partnered courier and logistics providers.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume or delays from sellers, you will be notified via email/SMS.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the product category, seller location, and delivery destination:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout and in your order details.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on most products unless specified otherwise.
- If applicable, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before final payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can use this ID to track your shipment in real-time on our website or the courier partner’s website.

We work with reliable third-party courier services and delivery partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries. These include but are not limited to:

- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ekart
- India Post (for select locations)
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other issues:
- A second attempt will be made.
- If delivery still fails, the item may be returned to the seller.
- In such cases, we may refund the amount after deducting return shipping costs (if applicable).
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Please contact our support team immediately.
- We will initiate an investigation and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages (from different sellers or warehouses). Each shipment will have its own tracking ID and estimated delivery time.
10. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters or weather conditions
- Pandemic-related restrictions or lockdowns
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Public holidays or courier disruptions
We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delay.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Abekant does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
